Refund policy

Refund:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Wyluxe will make Refund for any of the following cases:

  1. Orders Delayed.
  2. Order not Received.
  3. Products Damaged.
  4. Incorrect or Missing Products.
  5. Orders Cancellation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wyluxe.com. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Shipping cost is covered by the client for the return product).  



Exchange:

At Wyluxe, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy exchange process:

1. Exchange Period: You may exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept exchanges for final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.

3. Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service at [support@wyluxe.com] to initiate an exchange.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item is on its way.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the above requirements.


Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact support@wyluxe.com within 7 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@wyluxe.com


Cancellation:

Cancelling your order for a refund prior to processing is free. However, if your order has already been shipped there is a $15-25 cancellation fee depending on the total items in the order. For the best success in cancellation or a change in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed. 

We are unable to allow edits or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped
